Resize your image
Drop in one image. Pick the asset — or let a wide photo pick it for you — then crop or fit, and download the sizes Discord actually wants.
Came here from a size guide? It's already open on the right tab. Came here directly? Drop in a photo — a clearly wide one jumps to the banner tab on its own.
- Four Discord presets in one tool: emoji, avatar, server icon, banner
- Plus a Slack emoji tab (128px, under Slack's stricter 128KB cap) and a Teams emoji tab
- A stepped, high-quality downscale, so small sizes don't turn to mush
- A live circular guide on avatar and server icon, so you see what gets clipped
- Transparency preserved end to end — no background ever gets baked in
Which Discord asset is which
Four things that all just look like 'an image Discord wants,' with four different shapes and four different places they show up.
| Asset | Shape | Shown as | Full spec |
|---|---|---|---|
| Emoji | 128×128 square | Inline in messages, ~22px | emoji guide |
| Avatar | 512×512 square | Circle, everywhere | pfp size guide |
| Server icon | 512×512 square | Circle, in the server list (left sidebar) | server icon guide |
| Banner | 16:9 or 5:2 rectangle | Above the channel list, or behind your profile | banner size guide |
The full spec, per asset
This page is about getting the pixels right. Boost levels, Nitro requirements, and exactly where each asset shows up live on their own pages.
Why it's safe to use on art nobody's seen yet
There's no server call anywhere in this. Everything — the crop, the resize, the export — happens in a canvas element your browser already has.
That's not a privacy policy, it's the architecture: this page never sends your file anywhere, so there's nothing to promise not to keep. Close the tab and it's gone, same as if you'd never opened it.
- Canvas-only resizing — no upload, no server round trip
- PNG in, PNG out, alpha channel untouched the whole way
- No sign-up, and no cap on how many images or how many times
- No watermark, ever, on anything you download

128×128, 256KB, and how many slots your server really has. How to make a set that still reads at 16 pixels — which is how small a reaction actually gets.
Server banners and profile banners are two different assets with two different aspect ratios. Both specs, both unlock requirements, in one place.
128px is the minimum Discord accepts. 512px is the size you should actually upload. Two different numbers, plus the circular crop and the animated-GIF rule.
512×512, shown as a circle in your server list, no boost required. The spec, the circular-safe template, and the mistake that makes icons look off-center.
